Please provide your order number and photographic evidence of the issue. We will assess your claim and, at our discretion, may offer a solution like a replacement or store credit.

  3. Out-of-Stock Items: If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and provide a full refund or suitable alternative.

  4. Pricing Errors: We reserve the right to cancel orders with pricing errors. You will be notified and refunded if charged.

  7. Lost Packages: Faecraft is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. After you ask, Faecraft will confirm the delivery to the address provided, delivery date, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to look over.
